Setting the benchmark in its class
With a stylishly confident design, exclusive appointments and cutting-edge technology, the Mercedes-Benz CL underscores its claim to supremacy as the peak of automotive refinement. Around 90 percent of the assembly steps for the CL are carried out by hand. A hand-picked selection of highly-skilled engineers ensure that every component, every trim element, and every single stitch is executed to perfection. The exterior appearance of the new generation of the CL-Class is characterised by the exciting profile of the bonnet, the dynamic V-shape radiator grille and the curved design of the headlamps.
The new generation of the CL-Class is also innovative when it comes to the drive system. The 320 kW (435 hp) V8 biturbo engine in the CL 500 consumes just 9.5 litres of premium petrol per 100 kilometres, which is 23 percent less than its predecessor.
In addition, a combination of cutting-edge camera and radar-based assistance systems unique in the luxury coupé segment, including Active Lane Keeping Assist and Active Blind Spot Assist, makes the CL the "thinking" partner of the driver.

Good genes
The GLK, with its excellent off-road capabilities, does the other Mercedes-Benz off-roaders proud. At the very latest, during a detour in difficult terrain, the GLK makes it clear that it quite rightly bears the letter G of its great granddad, the legendary G-Class. However, the GLK doesn't just rest on these laurels. With a self-evident level of safety, the GLK not only carries its occupants through the urban jungle but it also patiently lays down kilometre after kilometre on main roads and motorways. The GLK is also just as agile over hill and dale where others would simply give up. Here, the GLK feels on top of the world and you can really see this in its performance.
In its element
Off the beaten track, the GLK really shows what it's made of. 30 mm of additional ground clearance demonstrate their true potential. Deep mud puddles are no problem and the same goes for twisted tracks or massive flagstones. Even with the right-hand rear wheel hovering half a metre above the ground and the left-hand front wheel having almost no contact with the ground, the GLK gives its driver a clear signal: it can handle more. You don't have to worry for a single second before the compact SUV is again firmly gripping the ground. The GLK even masters steep rock formations with effortless elegance. Extremely useful is the Downhill Speed Regulation (DSR), which offers a level of safety which is second to none with the help of the brakes and the intervention of the differential.
Trailblazer
The GLK masters the tight Alpine curves of Savoie with immense feeling whilst at the same time being great fun. On the demanding climbs and winding descents, the GLK certainly feels at home. A deluge of rain and heavy hail briefly turns the 2000-metre-high tight downhill stretches into a white piste.
This doesn't appear to bother the GLK though, as it calmly pushes its way through the storm. It's almost as if it can't wait to reach the up-coming off-road stage.

Quality and character
On getting into the GLK, the first thing you will notice is that the selector lever of the 7G-TRONIC PLUS automatic transmission has been moved from the centre console to the steering wheel. The resulting stowage compartment is a particularly practical additional solution. All 4MATIC models are equipped with 7G-TRONIC as standard. The newly designed interior with the new instrument cluster, three-spoke multifunction steering wheel and round air vents has charm and sets new standards in terms of quality and character. But that's not all: connectivity also takes pride of place in the GLK thanks to COMAND Online and its integrated web browser. With the leather appointments and wooden or, depending on the equipment line, brushed aluminium trim elements, the GLK is much more stylish than your average desk.
And another thing's for sure: the GLK is definitely more fun as Mercedes-Benz has managed to juggle business, lifestyle and sporty requirements, particularly in off-road terrain.

The first impression is what counts
True character types polarise. The GLK truly impresses with its striking front section. The new headlamps and daytime running lamps with their very own dynamism also make a good first impression. Even the steep rear end with its short overhang and new LED tail lights create amazement from the offset. A further optical highlight comes in the form of the pronounced wheel arches which skilfully take up the pithy design idiom of both the front and the rear. This puts the GLK on a clearly raised pedestal in comparison to other SUVs. Its strong and expressive lines underline its very individual character. Even at a standstill, it is clear that the GLK wants to show what it is made of.
MADE FOR MOUNTAINS
A maze of houses, a labyrinth of streets and heavy traffic. The GLK manages to keep a cool head here on a daily basis. In the French Alps, however, the character type shows that it has much more to offer than just that. Idyllic mountain villages, tight mountain passes and snow-covered peaks stretching far into the azure blue sky are a real contrast to the otherwise hectic daily grind.
The intricate roads through the French Alps offer the perfect backdrop for the presentation of the new GLK. Here, the compact SUV can really demonstrate its qualities both on and off-road.

Style-defining details
In order to preserve the character of the G-Class, some style-defining elements were retained in the interior. For example, the cockpit still has the handle on the front-passenger side and the familiar high-sheen silver switch for the three differential locks placed in the driver’s field of vision, and the newly designed selector lever in the lower central console.
In addition to the high-end interior fittings which come as standard, there are many further individual options available from the exclusive designo programme.

Finishing touches to the interior
The instrument panel and the centre console have been completely revamped, with newly designed controls and generous, exclusive trim elements. This means a new look
for the premium interior fittings. Between the two circular instruments there is now a colour display. Another large colour screen is located in the middle, within easy view from the driver’s seat, and forms part of the standard COMAND Online system with internet access.
Optional safety features include DISTRONIC PLUS, Blind Spot Assist and the PARKTRONIC parking assistance system with reversing camera.

Discreet exterior modifications
An extensive facelift now means that the off-road classic will continue to be in a class of its own. New LED daytime running lamps and new exterior mirrors have only made a subtle alteration to the exterior looks of this luxury off-roader.
The timeless design, almost unchanged since 1979, has made the G-Class a design icon.

Exceptional Evolution
In 2012 the G-Class is presenting itself once again in a considerably enhanced form, reinforcing its top position amongst off-road vehicles. It was first designed in 1979, originally specifically for tough off-road use, and has experienced an astonishing evolution.
This off-road specialist was first designed for practicality and austerity, and in the course of thirty-three years, Mercedes-Benz has refined it, giving it a high-class interior and the road-holding qualities of a premium saloon made in Stuttgart. Today the G-Class is viewed as the top model of luxury off-road vehicles, and has been used as the generic basis for the other successful Mercedes-Benz SUVs.

Exclusivity and dynamics dominate the interior
Great attention to detail, perfect ergonomics and a generous amount of space – the interior of the GL 63 AMG is also dominated by exclusivity and dynamics. All seven seats of this high-performance SUV are upholstered with top-quality leather. The electrically adjustable AMG sport seats have double top stitching in contrasting colours as well as AMG badges on the front seat backrests and the outer rear-seat backrests. The instrument panel, armrests and door panel lining are covered in ARTICO man-made leather. These components can all be covered with top-quality designo leather if the optional designo Exclusive package is selected.
The AMG Performance steering wheel with four-spoke design, perforated leather in the area where the driver holds it,
a flattened lower rim and aluminium shift paddles ensures optimum control of the vehicle. Exclusive optional equipment from the AMG Performance Studio is available on request, lending the GL 63 AMG a more individual design.

Performance-oriented design with masculine looks
Striking, masculine, distinctive: these characteristics describe the design of the GL 63 AMG. The main design features of the new GL – forceful dynamics and sporty elegance – are complemented by AMG-specific design with the front apron and its large air intakes for cooling, the exclusive wheel-arch flaring, "V8 BITURBO" logos on the wings and illuminated running boards with an aluminium finish. The GL 63 AMG has titan grey, high-sheen 21 inch AMG alloy wheels as standard. The two visible chrome dual tailpipes of the AMG sports exhaust system are both a visual and acoustic highlight.
Safety, comfort and driving dynamics of the highest standard
Mercedes AMG uses an independent transfer case for the permanent 4MATIC all-wheel drive. In the interest of driving dynamics, it distributes the drive power to the front and rear axle at a ratio of 40:60. 4ETS, the standard electronic traction control system, optimises the grip for different friction values, whilst the electro-mechanical AMG speed-sensitive sports steering is equipped with variable power assistance which adapts to the selected suspension setting.
At the press of a button, the driver can select one of three suspension settings – and as if that's not enough, the AMG RIDE CONTROL sports suspension with AIRMATIC package is combined with the ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM for roll stabilisation in the GL 63 AMG. An automatic adjustment to current driving conditions increases agility and driving pleasure whilst optimum driving comfort is maintained. The air suspension system lowers the vehicle body at high speeds in order to minimise air resistance. This also increases driving stability. The AMG high-performance brake system with ventilated brake discs provides for the shortest possible braking distance and a high degree of stability.
High-tech package for driving pleasure and efficiency
The AMG 5.5 litre V8 biturbo engine provides the perfect prerequisites for a performance typical of AMG and a superior driving experience. A glance at the technical data reveals convincing sales arguments. First-class driving performance is the result of a maximum power of 410 kW (557 hp) and a maximum torque of 760 Newton metres. The GL 63 AMG accelerates from a standstill to 100 km/h in 4.9 seconds; the maximum speed is 250 km/h (electronically restricted). The eight cylinder AMG is equipped with spray-guided direct petrol injection, biturbo charging and other developments designed to increase efficiency.
The AMG SPEEDSHIFT PLUS 7G-TRONIC is responsible for the transmission of power to all four of the permanently driven wheels. The seven-speed automatic transmission with three
drive programs and an automatic double-declutching function during downshifting captivates thanks to its great variability. The strengthened drive system ensures optimal power transfer and the reliability for which Mercedes-Benz is known.

The M-Class sets new standards in the world of the SUV
The third generation of the M-Class incorporates the best qualities from a variety of vehicle classes. It is comfortable and luxurious like a saloon, and at the same time emotionally-appealing and highly capable off the road like an SUV. On top
of this, the all-wheel drive vehicle is particularly economical. The outstanding energy efficiency comes courtesy of its state-of-the-art engine range, comprehensive BlueEFFICIENCY measures as well as best-in-class aerodynamics.
A particular characteristic of the new M-Class is somewhat surprising for a spacious off-road vehicle: low fuel consumption. On average the new models consume 25 percent less fuel than their predecessors. One true champion in terms of fuel consumption is the ML 250 BlueTEC 4MATIC fitted with the economical four-cylinder engine, familiar from the S-Class, which gets by on just 6.0 l/100 km and achieves a range of up to 1500 km on just a single tank of fuel.
Thanks to emission control with SCR technology, this model, like the ML 350 BlueTEC 4MATIC, meets the EU6 standard due to be introduced from 2014.
The ML 350 4MATIC BlueEFFICIENCY petrol model, meanwhile, delivers a convincing performance with the new BlueDIRECT direct petrol injection, achieving a low consumption of 8.5 l/100 km while meeting the requirements of the EU5 emissions standard, currently the strictest in force for petrol models. Besides the state-of-the-art engine technology, the economy of the vehicle is underpinned by a comprehensive package of BlueEFFICIENCY measures.
In addition to the ECO start/stop function that comes as standard, these measures include the new seven-speed 7G-TRONIC PLUS automatic transmission, electric steering and tyres with low rolling resistance. The intelligent lightweight design and aerodynamics boasting the best drag coefficient in this class as a result of wind tunnel testing, not only contribute to the vehicle's outstanding life cycle assessment, but also improve its handling characteristics – both on and off the road.
Even the standard version of the new M-Class offers a high level of comfort, dynamic on-road handling and outstanding off-road capabilities. For the first time, the M-Class chassis with steel suspension features selective damping. The electric steering ensures the optimum level of steering assistance for the current driving situation. In addition, the SUV impresses with the smallest turning circle in its market segment. For driving off the beaten track, an extensive array of off-road features is available as standard. These include 4MATIC permanent all-wheel drive, 4ETS electronic traction control and a special off-road transmission mode. The Hill-Start assist supports the driver when moving off on hills, while the vehicle automatically maintains the speed which is set using the cruise control lever.
The optional ON&OFFROAD package for the new M-Class has six driving modes for optimising driving dynamics and handling safety in an extremely wide range of on-road and off-road conditions.
As an option, both the AIRMATIC air suspension with Adaptive Damping System (ADS) and the ON&OFFROAD package can be combined with active roll stabilisation in the form of the ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM.
With its sense of wellbeing in the spacious interior, the new generation of the M-Class promises a relaxed driving experience in all possible conditions. At the same time, driver and passengers can also feel safe thanks to assistance systems in the new M-Class which are already familiar from
the S and E-Class. The standard equipment package includes the drowsiness detection system ATTENTION ASSIST, the anticipatory safety system PRE-SAFE® and also Brake Assist (BAS).
As an option, active assistance systems such as Active Lane Keeping Assist, Active Blind Spot Assist or BAS PLUS can help to prevent an accident or reduce the severity of its consequences. If an accident should occur, however, up to nine airbags, activated as necessary depending on the type of accident, help considerably in reducing the loads exerted on the occupants.
Besides active safety, passive safety has also been further enhanced in the M-Class: the extremely robust passenger compartment forms an effective basis for the occupant protection system. But the SUV also demonstrates a sense of responsibility when it comes to pedestrians too, with the active bonnet fitted as standard, among other measures. The new generation of the M-Class has the right answer for every situation and sets new standards in the world of the SUV.
AMG Coupe- Black Series
Despite all of its sportiness, active and passive safety are still afforded the highest priority: standard appointments therefore include the retuned anti-lock braking system (ABS) as well as 3-stage ESP®. Experienced drivers can choose from the "Sport Handling Mode" or completely deactivate the system.
To complement the exceptionally sporty handling, the functional interior is also presented in the style of a true racing car. At the same time, the cockpit of the C 63 AMG Coupé Black Series boasts a number of tastefully designed details as well as the high level of quality which is typical of Mercedes-Benz.

A driving experience for experts and true connoisseurs
On the road, the C 63 AMG Coupé Black Series delivers what the vehicle's appearance already promises even at a standstill. Accentuated by the hallmark AMG eight-cylinder sound of the AMG sports exhaust system, it accelerates from a standstill to 100 km/h in 4.2 seconds. In the "Sport plus" and "Manual" transmission modes, the gear changes take a mere 100 milliseconds. To enhance driving dynamics even further there is the optional AMG Track package with sports tyres and active rear-axle transmission cooling, as well as the AMG Aerodynamics package including adjustable carbon-fibre rear aerofoil.
Inspirational core values
Producing 380 kW (517 hp) and 620 Nm of torque, the C 63 AMG Coupé Black Series is the most powerful C-Class of all time.

A ride in the country
Brawny: the M-Class is now somewhat wider and more low-set
You could call it going back to its roots. Test-driving the new M-Class in Texas means visiting the country which has shaped this car. No Mercedes-Benz is more American than this noble off-road vehicle, which is built in Vance, Alabama. Even the inspiration for the concept behind it came from the United States. Some 14 years ago, the off-roader was the answer to the coarse Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs) of that time which enjoyed particular appeal in the USA.
The M-Class completely reinterprets the SUV by adding comfort, luxury and the some excellent technology. And it does so very successfully – Mercedes-Benz has currently sold more than a million examples of the vehicle.

Champion of efficiency: the ML 350 BlueTEC consumes a quarter less fuel than its predecessor
In order to continue this success story the model has been lavishly enhanced. One of the most important requirements has been for greater efficiency. This is not a problem for the ML 350 BlueTEC, which consumes a quarter less fuel than its predecessor: just 6.8 to 7.4 litres per 100 km on average. Based on this you would never have guessed that the 3-litre six-cylinder diesel engine is still able to produce a full 190 kW.
The mentality of a cowboy
A few people with the mentality of a cowboy no doubt contributed to the model enhancement, given what is now the vehicle's more masculine and more athletic exterior. Again you would never guess from looking at it that, with a drag coefficient of just 0.32 to 0.34 (depending on model), it boasts better aerodynamics than virtually any other off-road vehicle. The ML 350 BlueTEC also cuts a fine figure when it comes to heading off the road. In addition to permanent all-wheel drive and traction control as standard, it also features a special off-road transmission mode which can be enabled at the touch of a button – enabling it to tackle even particularly difficult terrain as easy as John Wayne chasing after a stagecoach
robber. The more miles you cover through America's expanse in the M-Class, the more you feel that the cowboys would have like this car because it is a little bit like them: big, good-looking, robust and seemingly invincible.

Anni Nagel Driving
The spectacular encounter between a helicopter and the new A-Class on the winding mountain road Sa Calobre in the north of Mallorca presented stuntwoman and precision driver Anni Nagel with an opportunity to show off her exceptional skills at the wheel.
Mission Serpentine Yet, like the A-Class, Anni, too, has another side to her – one that showed itself as the dynamic duo drove through Palma, the capital city of the island.
Anni Nagel Is In Demand And Has A Full Appointment Schedule
Anni Nagel is in demand and has a full appointment schedule. One of the best precision drivers in Germany, she has already featured in numerous TV and motion picture productions, either as herself or as a double for well-known actors. She especially enjoys spectacular car stunts, such as those involving 180-degree turns and roll-overs.
Shooting for the spectacular film was an outstanding highlight in Anni's career to date. This was due above all to the new A-Class's handling and dynamic design, which made an immediate impression on Anni.
New S-Class - Classic Saloon
With its large, demonstrably three-dimensional radiator grille, long bonnet and gently sloping tail end, the new S-Class has the proportions of a classic saloon. The size and space requirements were intentionally designed to give the newS-Class an aura of prestige, while also showing off a sporty coupé-like side with its dynamic roofline. And with its clean architecture, the interior design of the new S-Class embodies a classic saloon, as superior as it is ultra-modern.
The New S-Class Combines Driving Comfort
The new S-Class combines driving comfort, roominess and ease of operation at the highest level. The perfectly attuned material and colour concept creates an exclusive, sleek interior. For the first time in the history of the S-Class, the long-wheelbase saloon was the focus of development – giving even rear-seat passengers front-row seats. The enhanced seven-colour ambient lighting is a new feature. A re-engineered generation of COMAND Online with intuitive operation makes its world premiere in the new S-Class. Two 12.3-inch high-resolution TFT colour displays make up the new information hub in the S-Class.
The optional Burmester® High-End 3D Surround Sound system provides an unparalleled experience, offering three-dimensional sound in a vehicle for the first time.

The S-Class
The S-Class represents the technological pinnacle of automotive development at Mercedes-Benz. With MAGIC BODY CONTROL, the new S-Class is the first vehicle in the world capable of identifying bumps in the road in advance and adjusting the suspension to the situation. In addition, the advanced AIRMATIC air suspension offers even greater comfort with improved vehicle dynamics. Thanks to numerous new assistance systems and significantly enhanced functions in the S-Class, "Mercedes-Benz Intelligent Drive" fuses comfort and safety. For instance, the BAS PLUS Brake Assist system with Cross-Traffic Assist is, for the first time, able to identify traffic crossing the vehicle's path as well as pedestrians and accordingly boost the driver's braking performance, while the PRE-SAFE® Brake avoids collisions with autonomous braking intervention at speeds of up to 50 km/h.
Moreover, with PRE-SAFE® PLUS, the PRE-SAFE® anticipatory occupant protection system can be upgraded to include safety measures in the event of an impending rear impact.
